Philippe Parc

Fascinated from his early age by the world of pastry M. Philippe Parc is looking for the continuous

improvement. Thus he was able to win at the age of 33 years old the title of Best Craft Worker

in France in Pastry & Candy Making (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) in 1990 and the title of World

Champion of plated desserts at the age of 36 years old in 1993 (Stuttgart, Germany).
